I have to admit I love having my photography blog. I love sharing what I have done and learned with photography, and I love to have a voice about it and be able to talk about my photography.
But this photography blog is not my first blog and I know from experience that it can be easier said than done starting a blog. And getting my knowledge about blogging to a point where I am confident in what I am doing took some time.
For me it was a steep learning curve and took longer than I had hoped to get where I wanted. However none of this would have happened without some help from other bloggers. And I’d have to say the one thing that has helped me the most with getting my head around blogging, has been a mentoring program I have used and do use called the Blog Mastermind Coaching Program.
It’s the main reason that I am where I am with blogging at the moment and will continue to help me into the future. I’d like to be able to help others who are following the blogging path, and that’s why I am writing about my experiences. Because I feel the best piece of advice that I can pass on to fellow bloggers would be to join a mentoring/coaching program, because of the information and support that they provide.
Blog Mastermind is run by a blogger called Yaro Starak and since Dec 07 the doors to the program have been closed, until yesterday when Yaro re-opened them and started to accept new students.

I started http://CameraDojo.com as a way to both pack back the many people who helped me as well as pay forward to the people who I know I will learn from in the future. We all have different opinions, styles, likes/dislikes, and by learning and sharing with each other we all gain our own direction. Keep up the good work!

Thanks Kerry, I have similar motivation for starting this blog.
I agree, I love the way photography is so individual, everyone sees it in their own way. I think that makes photography a very rich and interesting subject to be involved with.
